loyal are consumers in following online brands?

BuzzStream and Fractl wanted to answer this question , so they conducted a survey of 900 what tax credits and tax-free items can you claim in 2025?  respondents to better understand why consumers unfollow brands on social media. Of the respondents, 21 percent said they unfollowed a brand because the company repeatedly shared boring content. 19 percent said they unfollowed a brand on Facebook because it shared too much content (more than 6 posts per day). Posting unrelated content was also cited as a reason for unfollowing a brand.

E-mail: not too often and relevant

Brands should not only be alert to their followers on social media. Digital newsletters are also a reason for some  clean email consumers to unfollow the brand. For example, almost a quarter of respondents indicate that they unsubscribe from a newsletter because they receive emails from the brand too often. The number of newsletter subscriptions is also a reason for 28 percent of respondents to unsubscribe from certain mailings. And just like with social media, consumers also indicate that irrelevant and boring  always consider the ethical context messages are a reason for unfollowing the brand.
