Some people in our research had the opportunity to respond to the message, others did not. What did we find? For the credibility and reputation of the company, it does not matter that much whether people have the opportunity to comment or not. What did seem important, however, is that people felt tha how long does it take to see results from seo? t the company was listening to them. Fictional Twitter channel
Another study we conducted looked at how different features of a social media channel’s design affect a company’s reputation. We presented respondents with a fictitious Twitter channel for a coffee seller, including posts by different users, and asked them their opinion of the company.
We used different versions of the channel. Some respondents saw a version where people india number list posted anonymously (with fictitious names and no photos), while others saw people using their own names and photos. Some subjects saw the company itself also posting explicitly, while others did not. Finally, some saw a channel where basically anything could be discussed, while others saw a channel with one specific purpose.
