This morning before nine o’clock I had already received the first April Fool’s jokes from friends. Most of them were limited to “Hey, there’s something on your nose” or “Your shoelace is untied!” Fortunately, I can expect more creative jokes from my internet friends. Although, as far as I’m concerned, a shoe brand would have gotten away with it if they had said that my shoelace was untied.
Sometimes you hope something is an April Fool’s joke, like Jeremy Clarkson leaving Top understand what it is and how to invest wisely in your advertising Gear. Because this happened at the end of March, I automatically thought it was a joke. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case (yet). Fortunately, we can expect some news from Jeremy on TV soon:

Hopefully this is all a joke?
On the other hand, sometimes you think: “No! Why is this an April Fool’s joke!?” I had that with the McDonald’s delivery service. According to the message below, McDonald’s would offer a delivery service for certain postcodes in collaboration with Thuisbezorgd.nl. It is not completely unbelievable that McDonald’s offers a delivery service. In some areas of the world, they do! Unfortunately, after a Google search, you will find out that the dream of many unfortunately does not come true.

Besides McDonalds, Burger King (Japan) also comes up with a good joke. They are going to sell a also started shopping directly Whopper perfume for one day. They explicitly emphasize that it is not a joke, the perfume is really going to be sold. But of course on the occasion of April 1st. A clean email bottle costs about 38 euros. They definitely deserve the originality prize for the slogan: ‘No Whopper, No life’. And that’s how it is.
